We will showcase ingredients, techniques and traditions from Troncones. You can relax and enjoy as our instructors present each dish, making sure you gain a full understanding of the process.
Market Trip
This is the perfect cooking class for those who want to go to a small but special market. You will learn about local ingredients, and select the ripest vegetables.
Then we return to the chimenea for hands on chopping, slicing and mixing.
